Loss at Hope Snaps Foresters鈥� Winning Streak
The Lake Forest College women’s tennis team was defeated 6-1 at Hope College, the 38th-ranked team in the nation, on Friday. The Foresters’ only point came from a 7-5, 6-1 triumph by junior Sofia Strupovets at #1 singles. She extended her singles winning streak to eight matches and improved to 48-7 at the top spot in the lineup in her career.
