Eagles fall to Aces in crosstown clash
EVANSVILLE, Ind. - University of Southern Indiana Men's and Women's Golf fell to crosstown foe the University of Evansville, 5.5-2.5, in a dual match at Fendrich Golf Course Friday afternoon. The match opened with graduate student Sam Gargis and sophomore Brianna Kirsch teaming up against the Purple Aces' top pair. After 18 holes, the teams were tied, resulting in each university earning half a point. On the women's side, the team of sophomore Fernanda Vera and graduate student Valeria Lopez de Haro Juste picked up the team's first full point of the day, clinching the victory on the 16th hole....
