Baseball Splits Doubleheader Against SUNY Canton
The baseball team traveled to Lasorda Legacy Park in Yaphank, N.Y., on a sunny Friday afternoon on Long Island for an away doubleheader against the SUNY Canton Kangaroos. Baruch struck first in the second inning when Giuseppe Buffolino lined an RBI single to score Frank Scerra and give the Bearcats a 1鈥�0 lead. SUNY Canton responded immediately in its next at-bat, plating four runs to take control of the game.
