Zoey Buchan Named a WBCA All-America Honorable Mention
ATLANTA, Ga. 鈥� The Women’s Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) announced its NCAA Division III award winners for the 2025-26 season on Thursday, March 19, with Zoey Buchan representing UW-River Falls as an Honorable Mention selection. Buchan, a senior guard from Johnston, Iowa, becomes just the second Falcon in program history to earn All-America recognition, joining Rita Hurtgen (1995). She capped her Falcon career in 2025-26 with All-WIAC First Team honors, surpassing 1,000 career points while leading UWRF to its first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2016.
