Women’s Tennis: Scots Edge Salve Regina in Hilton Head Finale
HILTON HEAD, S.C. – The Macalester College women’s tennis team outlasted Salve Regina, 4-3 in the final dual of its Spring Break trip Thursday evening. The Scots improve to 5-3 on the season, while the Seahawks fall to 2-6. In doubles play, seniors Savannah Haugen (Bemidji, Minn./Bemidji) and Elizabeth Trevathan (St. Paul, Minn./St. Paul Academy) defeated Anna Grace Hjerpe and Kaydin Pinto, 6-2 at No. 1 doubles.
