Washington and Jefferson downs Baseball
MARIETTA, Ohio 鈥� Washington and Jefferson College defeated Marietta College by the score of 14-2 Thursday (Mar. 19) afternoon at Pioneer Park. The loss drops Marietta to 2-11 on the season, while the Presidents improve to 9-2 overall. Washington and Jefferson scored eight runs in the first four innings. Zac Stern smacked a two-run home run to right in the third innings and Seth Rosenfeld added a solo homer to left in the fourth. Marietta scored both of its runs in the bottom of the fourth.
