KENTON – Only in its third year, the Unioto powerlifting team reached the mountaintop by winning the boys powerlifting state championship, held in Kenton. The girls placed third, and the Shermans took home six individual state titles, with another 20 athletes placing at the state level. Unioto is coached by Doug Race and Jeremy Woods. Unioto had two special award winners.
