U of R Women鈥檚 Tennis puts together strong showing in 5-2 win over Smith
REDLANDS, Calif. 鈥� The University of Redlands Women’s Tennis team battled in the extreme heat Wednesday afternoon coming away with the 5-2 win against Smith College inside the Verdieck Tennis Center, adding their fifth victory on the season. The heat created some tough conditions for doubles to start the match off. It did not have an effect in the slightest, though over the No. 1 team of Maegan Deng (Torrance, CA) and Lindsey Whelan (Mercer Island, WA) who cruised 6-2.
