GW track & field is set to begin its outdoor campaign on Friday at Richmond's annual Fred Hardy Invitational. Action for the Revolutionaries is slated to begin at 10:30 a.m. and will continue across 15 track events and three field events for the men and women combined. GW's women are returning after a successful indoor season and both of George Washington's All-Conference honorees, Megan Heidebrecht and Hadley Mahoney, will make a showing on Friday following their standout championship performances, in which Mahoney medaled in the women's mile and Heidebrecht medaled in the women's triple jump.
