Stavroff Named ECAC Player of the Year
LAKE PLACID, N.Y.鈥擮n Thursday at the ECAC Hockey banquet in Lake Placid, N.Y. the league announced the ECAC Player of the Year. Dartmouth's Hayden Stavroff was named the recipient of the award as voted on by first the league's head coaches. Stavroff becomes the first Dartmouth player to be named ECAC Player of the Year since the league first awarded it in 1962. The sophomore was recently named a Top 10 Finalist for the Hobey Baker Award while also being named Ivy League Player of the Year, All-Ivy First Team, and All-ECAC First Team.
