Spring Ball Begins March 24; Over 100 Lopers Ready to Begin the 鈥�26 Season
Todd Gottula Kearney, Neb. 鈥� The Nebraska Kearney football team begins spring workouts on March 24 (Tuesday) and will have two scrimmages this year. Per Division II rules, the team can work out 15 times in a consecutive 30-day period. Over 100 Lopers will take part in spring ball that'll culminate on April 18 (Saturday) with a "Blue/White" scrimmage at 1 p.m. A week earlier, UNK heads to Sergeant-Luton High School, just south of Sioux City, Ia., to face Minnesota State in a scrimmage.
