Seawolves Drop Match at William & Mary
WILLIAMSBURG, Va. - Stony Brook women's tennis was defeated 5-2 on Wednesday by William & Mary in Williamsburg. The Seawolves played the Tribe tough in doubles, but won only the second set, with Paisha Douglas and Sanjana Devineni picking up the win. Stony Brook kept fighting hard, challenging William & Mary in singles matches. Elena Lobo-Corral and Laura Ozola secured wins for Stony Brook, but it still could not clinch the victory as William & Mary earned four wins of its own to finish the match 5-2 in its favor.
