Portland St. Patrick basketball advance to state final with win over Onekama
EAST LANSING — Macie Leonard entered the state semifinals averaging just over six points a game for the Portland St. Patrick girls basketball team.. The freshman exceeded that average in the opening quarter. That strong start was part of a big performance by Leonard that helped the Shamrocks to a 49-26 victory over Onekama in a Division 4 state semifinal on Thursday, March 19 at Michigan State's Breslin Center.
