Men鈥檚 Tennis: Scots Close Out Spring Break with Win over Salve Regina, 6-1
HILTON HEAD, S.C. 鈥� The Macalester College men’s tennis team defeated Salve Regina, 6-1 in the team’s final Spring Break competition. The Scots went 2-2 in Hilton Head and are now 6-5 on the season. In doubles, first years Derek Chen (South Kingstown, R.I./Moses Brown School) and Charles Flaman (Calgary, Alberta/Rundle College) won their match at No. 1 doubles. Since Salve Regina only had five players, Macalester took the doubles point with a walkover at No. 3 doubles despite losing the match at No. 2 doubles.
