Ezumba, Setton, Coaching Staff Headline USTFCCCA Regional Awards
NEW ORLEANS – Johns Hopkins women’s track and field seniors Mackenzie Setton and Erika Ezumba earned top regional honors from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross-Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA), while head coach Bobby Van Allen and assistant coach Jefferson Butler were also recognized with major coaching awards. Setton was named the Mid-Atlantic Track Athlete of the Year after her postseason performances. She placed fourth in the mile at the NCAA Division III Indoor Championships and anchored Johns Hopkins to a runner-up finish in the distance medley relay.
