Arizona Opens NCAA Championships in Atlanta
ATLANTA, Georgia 鈥� The women's team kicked off competition at the NCAA Women's Swimming and Diving Championships on Wednesday, taking place at McAuley Aquatic Center. Arizona competed in the 200-medley relay, placing 17th overall with a time of 1:36.1:36.31. Lila Lillie led the relay squad in the 50 back with a time of 24.37, followed by Eleni Gewalt's 26.88 breaststroke leg. Maryam Sheikhalizadehkhanghah had a strong butterfly split of 23.41, and Julia Wozniak ended the relay with a strong 50 free of 21.65.
