Women鈥檚 Lacrosse: River Hawks Down Golden Wolves, 12-2
Selinsgrove, Pa. (March 18, 2026) – Susquehanna University (1-7) scored ten unanswered goals to down Alvernia University (3-5), 12-2, on Wednesday evening in non-conference women’s lacrosse action at Susquehanna. The Golden Wolves trailed 2-0 early before getting on the board with a goal by Grace Weissenberger with ten minutes to play in the opening quarter. Alvernia then evened it up at 2-2 on a free-position goal by Makenna Thomas four minutes later.
