Tigar Named to D3baseball.com Team of the Week
Montclair, NJ- Announced on Wednesday afternoon by D3baseball.com, Montclair State University junior BILLY TIGAR was named to the organization’s Team of the Week for his performances between March 9 and 16. Tigar had a monster week, propelling Montclair to a 5-0 week. He batted 11-for-19 (.579) with 14 RBI, nine runs scored, a double, and a home run. His home run was a grand slam that sparked Montclair’s 15-5 win in eight innings against MIT on Sunday. He also stole two bases during the week.
