NORFOLK, Va. –- The Norfolk State women's basketball team will host the first round of the Women's National Invitational Tournament on Saturday, March 21, at Echols Hall. The Spartans will face Loyola Chicago at 2 p.m. Tickets for this event are on sale now and can be purchased here .
