Szymanski Named United East Defensive Player of the Week
LATHAM, N.Y. 鈥� Senior Joe Szymanski (Easton, Md./Easton) was selected as the United East Conference Men’s Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week as announced by the league office Monday afternoon (Mar. 17). This is Szymanski’s second career defensive player of the week award. The St. Mary’s College of Maryland men’s lacrosse team posted a 1-1 record last week, falling 11-9 to Randolph-Macon College (Mar. 11) before rebounding with a 14-7 victory over SUNY Oneonta (Mar. 14).
