Queen鈥檚 Women鈥檚 Hockey鈥檚 Sophie Hudson named U SPORTS First Team All-Canadian, Jada Wood named to U SPORTS All-Rookie Team
Queen’s Women’s Hockey had two players honoured at the U SPORTS Women’s Hockey All-Canadian Awards banquet Wednesday night in Waterloo, Ont. The Gaels’ Sophie Hudson was named a U SPORTS First Team All-Canadian while Jada Wood was named to the U SPORTS All-Rookie Team. Wood was also named the U SPORTS Rookie of the Year. Hudson (Chemical Engineering) led the Gaels and the OUA in both points and assists, finishing the season with 31 points and 18 assists. Hudson also had 13 goals on the season, including three game-winners, in helping Queen’s finish first in the OUA East Division standings.…
