Pacers Can’t Overcome Fast Start in Loss to Penn College
SCRANTON, Pa. — The Marywood University men’s lacrosse team could not overcome an early deficit as it fell to Penn College, 13-6, on Wednesday afternoon. The Pacers (4-5) found themselves trailing just minutes into the contest, as Penn College opened the game with three quick goals and eventually built a 6-3 advantage by the end of the first quarter. Marywood responded with a brief surge in the opening period.
