Mishawaka police investigating alleged battery at Marian High School boys basketball practice
MISHAWAKA, Ind. (WNDU) - The Mishawaka Police Department said it is investigating a battery complaint at Marian High School. According to police, the alleged battery happened last Tuesday, March 10, during a practice session for the boys’ basketball team. Police said they will forward the investigation to the St. Joseph County Prosecutor’s Office once it is complete so prosecutors can determine if any criminal charges are warranted.
