Men鈥檚 Lacrosse Tops Western New England, 14-4
Springfield, Mass. – March 18, 2026 – The Springfield College men’s lacrosse team clipped Western New England in a Wednesday night matchup, With the win, Springfield improves to 5-3 overall while the Golden Bears drop to 2-5. Ryan Berkel (Sudbury, Mass.), Jake Degnan (Mahopac, N.Y.) and Matt Webb (Northport, N.Y.) each scored two apiece for the Pride. Berkel, Anders Norman (Truckee, Calif.), Angus Oliveira (Little Compton, R.I.) and Reece Whitney (Chester, Conn.) combined for 13 ground balls as Whitney caused three turnovers.
