Karmazin leads Mavericks at Jackrabbit Invitational
BOULDER CITY, Nev. - Omaha Women's Golf's Emily Karmazin paced the Mavericks with a 14th place finish as Omaha finished seventh overall at the Jackrabbit Invitational in Memory of Gayle Baker. Karmazin finished 5-over for the tournament with rounds of 72 (E), 74 (+2) and 75 (+3). Two Mavericks recorded an eagle in Katie Ruge and Elly Honnens . Three Mavericks placed in the top 30 with Karmazin joined by Ruge (T30) and Jasmine Yang (T30). Ruge and Yang finished 9-over. UNLV won the 10-team event with a 12-under score.
