Warlow Earns MAC Commonwealth Defensive Player of the Week
NEWTOWN, Pa. – Madison Warlow of Widener Women’s Lacrosse earned MAC Commonwealth Defensive Player of the Week for her performance in the week ending March 16, as announced by the conference office. Warlow made 11 saves in a 9-8 overtime victory over St. Mary’s (Md.). The sophomore also made a key save with three seconds remaining in regulation to force overtime. Widener ended the week 1-0 and will look to extend their non-conference momentum through this upcoming week of play against Muhlenberg and Misericordia.
