The No. 3 Pirates Overwhelm the Spartans in Sweep
The No. 3 nationally ranked Park University men’s volleyball program was in St. Louis, Mo. on Saturday, February 28. The Pirates got the clean sweep over the Spartans, 25-20, 25-22, 25-16. For Park, they hit .405 as a team compared to .238 for Missouri Baptist, including the third set when Park hit .579. Adrian Figueroa was the leader for the Pirates with 23 kills, while Murillo Silva and Leonardo Maldonado were the next leaders with seven and four kills.
