Softball Drops Nail-Biter with Eastern Connecticut State
CLERMONT, Flordia – The Concordia Texas softball team closed out its run at The Spring Games with a hard-fought 3-2 loss to Eastern Connecticut State on Tuesday afternoon. The Tornados struck first in the opening inning, as Kylie Denaro reached base and later scored on an RBI double from Kylie Kirk to take an early 1-0 lead. Concordia threatened again in the second, loading the bases with two outs, but was unable to add on.
