Saints Track & Field shines with impressive results at PLU Open
TACOMA, Wash. 鈥� The Saint Martin’s Track & Field program competed admirably at the PLU Open on March 13-14 in Tacoma, Washington. The Saints placed sixth in the women’s team standings with 51 points, while the men’s team placed seventh with 30 points. In total, Saint Martin’s saw two first-place finishes and 17 top-10 placements. How It Happened Freshman Janess Blackburn continued her stellar start to the outdoor season, winning the women’s discus just one week after setting a program record.
