Men鈥檚 Tennis Falls 6-1 to Denison
HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. – Led by freshman Tommy Jani with a win at singles No. 6, the Wesleyan men’s tennis team fell in non-conference action to Denison University on Tuesday afternoon in a 6-1 loss as Spring Break play continues. Sitting at No. 6 in the lineup, Jani ran three sets against Anthony Payiavlas after tying the match up at one. Jani finished with a 4-6, 6-4, 1-0 (10-6) final having bested Payiavlas in the tiebreak.
