MISENHEIMER, N.C. (March 17, 2026) — Guilford broke open a tight game with a five-run eighth inning and handed Pfeiffer a 7–1 home loss Tuesday afternoon at a sunny but chilly Joe Ferebee Field. Pfeiffer (8-11) struck first in the bottom of the opening inning when Jack Brandle singled up the middle to score Joe Javier , who had reached on a throwing error.
