CLAREMONT, CA. — The #14 Amherst College women’s tennis team fell to #7 Pomona-Pitzer 5–2 at the Pauley Tennis Complex on Monday in the second match of their California spring break trip, putting their record at 3–2 overall and 1–1 on the trip. The Mammoths came out swinging by claiming the doubles point, winning two of three courts, before Pomona-Pitzer’s depth took over in singles.
