Eagles Earn First Round Bye in WNIT
FORT MYERS, Fla. 鈥� FGCU women's basketball has earned a first round bye in the WNIT, tournament organizers announced Monday afternoon. With the bye, the Eagles directly advance to the second round. Those games are scheduled to take place on Sunday-Tuesday, Mar. 22-24. FGCU is in the running to host a second round game, but game dates, times, locations and matchups will not be announced until the conclusion of first round games on Saturday.
