Bellbrook Marching Eagles throw ‘CAUTION’ to the wind
BELLBROOK, Ohio — The Bellbrook High School (BHS) Marching Eagles completed a highly successful season in Nov. 2025. The band featured 61 wind, percussion and color guard members, led by drum majors Sophie North and Andrew Grissom.

The Marching Eagles’ 2025 show, “CAUTION,” focused on exploring boundaries and pushing past limits. Their props transformed the football field into a construction site, where the members marched…and leaped, danced, wandered and created a woodwind pyramid. The music included David Guetta’s “Dangerous,” “Danse Macabre” by Camille Saint-Saens, Ariana Grande’s “Dangerous Woman” and “Danger Zone” by Kenny Loggins. Standout solos were performed by Eli Rodenroth on trombone and Haedyn Silance on alto saxophone.

Bellbrook stormed through the Mid States Band Association (MSBA) season, going undefeated in the Visual and Auxiliary categories all year in Class AAA. At both the Taylor and Centerville competitions, they swept every AAA caption award: Visual, Music, Auxiliary, Percussion and General Effect. They were the Reserve Grand Champions at two MSBA competitions and took home the Grand Champion title at MSBA Taylor.

The Marching Eagles capped off the season with a terrific run at the Mid States Championships, finishing second among over 20 bands in Class AAA (with a season best score) and taking home the Visual and Auxiliary titles.

The band is a mainstay at Bellbrook’s home football games and traveled to several away games, including the playoff matchup against Alter, where members performed in costume on Halloween. They enjoy supporting BHS and community events, such as the Sugar Maple Festival, the Lions Club SummerFest and the Powder Puff game.
