2. Samuel Simpson, IOL, River Falls
Simpson is a 6-foot-4, 275-pound lineman who helped the Wildcats rush for 1,476 yards and throw for 1,707 yards last season. The was named to the 2024 Big Rivers Conference first-team offense and the 2024 WFCA large school all-state team. Simpson plans to continue his football career with the Indiana Hoosiers following his senior campaign.
