Trebor Pena transferring: 5 landing spots for All-ACC playmaker

The Red Raiders have an interesting receiver room with Coy Eakin, Caleb Douglas and Miami (Ohio) transfer Reggie Virgil. They still do not have an uber-dynamic option, but Pena might be able to be that for them. Texas Tech is already a big winner of the offseason, landing two starting offensive tackles and USC running back Quinten Joyner, but a Pena addition would be a cherry on top.聽
