7. LSU Tigers
LSU has established itself as a perennial national championship contender under Kim Mulkey, which shouldn鈥檛 change in 2025-26. Even after losing star forward Angel Reese, Mulkey and the Tigers won 31 games this past season while reaching the Elite Eight. The Tigers will have to deal with a couple of big losses again as Aneesah Morrow is out of eligibility and Sa鈥橫yah Smith is transferring. However, Flau鈥檍ae Johnson鈥檚 return is a significant boost, and she and Mikaylah Williams should again form one of the top duos in the game. Those two alone make LSU a potential title contender, but quick development of the Tigers鈥� four top-30 recruits, Grace Knox, Divine Bourrage, ZaKiyah Johnson and Isabella Hines, could take this team to the next level.
