Papa Amadou Kante transferring: 5 landing spots for 6-foot-10 freshman

Kevin Willard was recently hired as Villanova鈥檚 head coach and will likely turn to the transfer portal to fill out his roster in year one with the Wildcats. Willard offered Kante early in his tenure at Maryland. Kante also took an official visit to College Park, and his relationship with Willard could potentially draw him to Villanova this offseason. Regardless of the coaching change, the Wildcats were set to lose leading scorer Eric Dixon and big man Enoch Boakye in their frontcourt. Kante probably isn鈥檛 ready to replicate their production, but he could see a significant opportunity early at Villanova.
