The Terrapins will be a new team next season with nine players entering the transfer portal and star center Derik Queen declaring for the draft. Buzz Williams left a comfortable job at Texas A&M for a Maryland program now in disarray following its Sweet 16 appearance. It is hard to imagine he would do this without some type of financial backing for his roster. The Terrapins should be aggressive in the pursuit of a player who grew up less than two hours away from the university.
