Arkansas was one of Lampkin鈥檚 finalists during his high school recruiting process. Significant changes have taken place in Fayetteville since, but the Razorbacks could still be a prime destination for the center. Arkansas had a strong finish in year one under John Calipari, reaching the Sweet 16 as a No. 10 seed in the NCAA Tournament. Calipari鈥檚 roster will have a different look next season, though, particularly in the frontcourt with the losses of Jonas Aidoo and Zvonimir Ivisic. Lampkin would be a nice replacement as a physical presence down low and a veteran leader for a potentially young squad.
