Gianna Kneepkens transferring: 5 landing spots for All-Big 12 guard

Kneepkens arrived at Utah after a decorated high school career in Minnesota where she won the state鈥檚 Gatorade Player of the Year honors and scored over 3,700 points. She became an immediate contributor for the Utes as just a freshman and has averaged 15.6 points across four collegiate seasons.
The 6-foot guard was named a WBCA honorable mention All-American as a sophomore in 2023, and returned from a foot injury that limited her during her junior year with a career-best season statistically in 2024-25. Kneepkens averaged 19.3 points, five assists, three rebounds and one steal this season, shooting 50.4% from the field and 44.8% from 3-point range as a first-team All-Big 12 performer.
The grad transfer will be one of the top players available in the portal this offseason and should have many options for where she wants to finish her impressive collegiate career. Here are five landing spots for Kneepkens.
