Jaron Pierre transferring: 5 landing spots for Conference USA POY
LSU Tigers
Pierre played high school basketball at St. Augustine in New Orleans, and a return home would be fitting for his final collegiate season. LSU is looking to take the next step under head coach Matt McMahon, and next season could be a make-or-break year. Coming off a 14-18 campaign, McMahon will likely add as much portal talent as he can, particularly with multiple guards out of eligibility or transferring. LSU has already recruited UNLV standout Dedan Thomas Jr., and putting Pierre alongside him could form one of the top scoring backcourt duos in the SEC.
