The Rockford, Illinois native began his collegiate career at St. John’s, where he played in 33 games, including 17 starts. He transferred to Wisconsin for his sophomore season and earned first-team All-Big Ten honors while averaging 16.8 points and 3.9 rebounds. Storr then left the Badgers for Kansas, where he averaged just 6.1 points in 15.7 minutes.
