Tre Holloman transferring: 5 landing spots for Michigan State PG

EAST LANSING, Mich. (BVM) – Michigan State point guard Tre Holloman has entered the transfer portal after three seasons with the program.

The former Minnesota Gatorade Player of the Year just completed a breakout campaign as a co-captain for the Spartans. Holloman averaged 9.1 points, 3.7 assists and 1.9 rebounds while shooting 32.9% from beyond the arc in 37 games. He delivered countless memorable moments that made him a fan favorite in East Lansing, including a buzzer-beater to defeat the Maryland Terrapins.

Despite Michigan State’s strong season and his role as a team leader, Holloman will find a new home for his senior year. With one year of eligibility remaining, here are five schools that could pursue the talented point guard.
