Flory Bidunga transferring: 5 landing spots for 5-star forward

LAWRENCE, Kan. (BVM) – Flory Bidunga has entered the transfer portal after one season with the Kansas Jayhawks.

Bidunga grew up in the Republic of the Congo and played high school basketball in Indiana, where he was named Mr. Basketball and a McDonald’s All-American. Bidunga emerged as a five-star prospect and consensus top-20 recruit in the Class of 2024, eventually committing to Bill Self and the Jayhawks.

The 6-foot-9, 220-pound forward played just 16.3 minutes per game behind Hunter Dickinson this season, but he showed flashes of his potential while on the court, averaging 5.9 points, 5.4 rebounds and 1.6 blocks.

As a highly touted big with significant upside, Bidunga should have several interested suitors during his stay in the portal. Here are five landing spots for the Kansas freshman.
