Following a quick exit from Maryland, Kevin Willard will likely look to tote a few of his players with him to Philadelphia. It’s not at all unusual for coaches to import guys they’re familiar with, and the Big East will be a grind.
Willard won’t have Eric Dixon, the leading scorer in Division I, along with five others who have departed. As the coach finds his footing at a new stop, bringing along guys like Rice could start the rebuild.
