Nait George transferring: 5 landing spots for Georgia Tech guard
ATLANTA (BVM) – Georgia Tech guard Nait George has entered the transfer portal after two seasons with the Yellow Jackets.
George, a native of Ontario, spent the final three seasons of his high school career playing in Glendale, Arizona before joining Georgia Tech. The 6-foot-3 guard made an immediate impact for head coach Damon Stoudamire, starting 28 games while averaging 9.8 points as a freshman.
George’s numbers increased significantly as a sophomore, averaging 12.3 points, 4.2 rebounds, 6.5 assists and 1.1 steals. He also shot respectably from 3-point range at 33.9%.
With two years of eligibility remaining and proven success at the high-major level, George should have several interested suitors while in the transfer portal. Here are five landing spots for the sophomore guard.
