Not too far down the road from Robert Morris, Pitt has been aiming to break through under coach Jeff Capel. The Panthers have watched Duquense and Robert Morris make the NCAA Tournament over the past two seasons but have missed eight of the last nine dances.
Capel and his staff are already targeting one former Horizon League forward in the transfer portal, Milwaukee’s Jamichael Stillwell, meaning they’re interested in improving that position group.
Guillermo Diaz Graham and Cameron Corhen will return as rising seniors, but keeping Folgueiras in the Steel City could be of interest to Pitt.
