8. Nick Bowron, C, Lourdes
Bowron had a big junior season hitting .455 with 12 extra-base hits in 44 at-bats. The Creighton commit out of Rochester is arguably the top backstop in the state and should have an opportunity to play early in the Big East. Bowron at 6-foot-3 has a left-handed swing that should produce plenty of pop at the college level.聽
