Dailey鈥檚 salary in 2024 was 鈥� 190% higher than the average salary in Seguin Independent School District. He is the highest-paid public high school football coach in the San Antonio area, despite his team鈥檚 challenges on the field.
Dailey became the head coach at Seguin, his alma mater, in 2021. For his fourth season, in 2024, the Matadors finished 5-6 overall. His tenure at Seguin now stands at in Class 5A competition.
